Overnight Oats


Overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast


  • 40g porridge oats
  • 2 tablespoons of fat free yogurt, 100 mls of skimmed milk or almond milk
  • Teaspoon of chia seeds

The night before half fill a jar with porridge oats. Make sure the jar is airtight when closed. Put mixture of milk and yogurt over the oats. Fill to cover the oats and add chia seeds. If you don’t have chia seeds leave them out. Close the lid on the jar and leave in fridge over night.

In the morning top with your favourite toppings. Topping idea – almonds, banana, berries, mango, apple, crushed seeds, crushed linseed mix.

Easy and so filling!
