Homemade Rasberry & Apple Chia Jam

This recipe takes 5 minutes and is sugar free. You need 2 punnets of raspberries, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of agave.

Blitz your raseberries and apple in the food processor. Then add your agave and chia seeds. Blitz again and leave to stand for five minutes. Then add to jars and store in the fridge. This recipe gave me about 1 and a half jars. Mix into natural yogurt or porridge or have on wholewheat toast.
