Homemade Granola

What you need is:
200g organic porridge oats
3 tablespoons of coconut oil melted
2 tablespoons of agave or maple syrup
Dried fruit of your choice I used dates and raisins
Nuts of your choice I used peanuts, walnuts and almonds
Two tablespoons of desiccated coconut

Method:
Mix oats and coconut oil together.
Add nuts and desiccated coconut and agave.
Transfer the whole mixture to a baking tray and place in the oven at 180 degrees.
After 15 mins use a spoon to mix the oats. They should be browning at this stage.
Leave for another 15 minutes in the oven watching and stirring the mixture every so often.
Remove from oven and stir through your dried fruit.
Leave to cool and transfer to airtight glass jar.

Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack with natural yogurt. Enjoy!
