Banana Bread with Walnuts & Dark Chocolate

This recipe is gluten free, wheat free and dairy free. I don’t like to promote paleo but I do love some of the recipes and I really loved this. For this bread you will need….

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of agave
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Handful of crushed walnuts
  • 50g of dark chocolate

Mash bananas in a bowl. Add eggs, cinnamon, baking soda and agave. Add almond flour and chopped nuts and chocolate. Grease your baking tin with coconut butter or normal butter and add to the oven. Cook for about 45 mins at about 180 or until golden brown. Leave to stand on wire tray. Enjoy with a cuppa!!!
